Congratulations to Reese Alexiades(.326-29-90 & 29 sb) to being named 2023 Pioneer League MVP. Reese had this to say about the Florida Minor League Camp: ” In Terms of improving your 5 tools and knowledge as a ball player, there is no better environment to do so than the Florida minor League Camp. As an outfielder, my defense, arm strength, base stealing, overall base running noticeably improved immediately due to the techniques and experiences from Nick Belmonte. The knowledge that each and every instructor provide on a daily basis, is priceless!”

Also, back when Baseball America would do this, 3 Florida Minor League Camp Players Awarded place on Baseball America’s 2016 Top Prospect List . 2016 was the last year Baseball America did such a list for Independent teams. The Florida Minor League Camp had 8 players make the list during the time the list started and the Florida Minor League Camp started in 2013.
